A new small and compact 2lt wet chemical fire extinguisher for Class F fire risks is now available from Fire and Safety Centre. The easy to handle size makes this unit ideal for home and small commercial kitchens, caravans, boat galleys and mobile food outlets and provides a practical alternative to our larger industrial 6lt wet chemical unit.
Manufactured in Germany under ISO9001 the extinguisher boasts comprehensive quality credentials including a 5 year limited warranty, BS Kitemark, CE Mark and BAFE Approvals.
Features include an impressive 5A/ 40F fire rating, a removable pressure gauge for ease of service and corrosion proof powder coating.
The Wet Chemical formulation is designed to combat cooking oil and fat fires, is also effective on Class A combustibles such as cloth and paper and is safe to use on electrical equipment up to 1000v at 1m distance.
