Evacuation Chairs

Our range of evacuation chairs has every emergency evacuation possibility covered. We have one evacuation chair that can climb down curved or spiral staircases, another that converts virtually any wheelchair into a powered one for staircase descent, one that can carry mobility scooters and one with enough power to carry an evacuee down 30 flights of stairs. Our evacuation chairs are all easy to operate, even when a slightly-built carer is helping a heavier passenger to safety.

We can also provide training in the use of these chairs for emergency evacuation for four or five employees, so they can cascade it to colleagues.

Our range also includes the Pro Move evacuation sling, chosen by many of the UK’s fire and rescue services for simplicity and ease of use in carrying even heavy patients.
