Extinguisher Service and Maintenance

Fire and Safety Centre provide Installation, Annual Service and Maintenance on all fire extinguishers and related safety equipment. All work is undertaken by qualified BAFE registered engineers. If your fire extinguishers are not covered by a service and maintenance agreement please order your required services below. You will then be contacted to arrange completion. 	This item is applied automatically when Commissioning options are chosing with a fire extinguisher.  You cannot add this item to your shopping cart yourself. This is a one-off charge that covers all extinguishers commissioned at a site.
SERVICE3	Annual Service and Maintenance		£6.99*
	Includes: Service in compliance with BS5306:3, Completed Maintenance Label, cost of replacement extinguisher consumables, seals, ties etc. Compliance Certificate to BS5306:3.   Note: Add one off Site attendance fee of £21.99  to unit cost of extinguisher service
SURVEY	Site Survey		£21.99
	Includes: Full site survey and action plan PER SITE. Report recommends type, size and placement of fire safety equipment to satisfy the findings of your Fire Risk Assessment and comply with the Regulatory Reform (fire safety) Order (assumes customer has carried out their own fire risk assessment). Price inclusive of site attendance fee.
RISKASS	Fire Risk Assessment		£285.00
	It is now a legal requirement that all businesses conduct a formal Fire Risk Assessment to comply with the statutory requirements of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety)Order (RRO). Our comprehensive FRA identifies and evaluates the fire risks to property and people and provides a detailed Report with recommendations on reducing and managing risk and the appropriate fire prevention and fire safety processes and equipment required to meet your statutory responsibilities.
SERVICE4	Fire Blanket Service		£2.45*
	Includes: Fire Blanket Service and Certificate. Price assumes this service is conducted as part of a wider service contract.
DISPOSAL	Environmental disposal of end of life/condemned extinguisher		£3.45	Please Call
