Explanation of Delivery Charges

If you do not require special delivery arrangements, then we will be pleased to ship your order using our standard delivery scheme which will see your goods arrive in approx 1-3 days. Prices for our standard delivery service for most UK mainland postcodes are in the table below. All prices are Per Order. A delivery surcharge is payable for some outlying areas. Please see affected postcodes below.

All consignments weighing more than 2Kg are delivered using our standard next day courier service to UK mainland addresses only. (A surcharge applies to certain outlying postcode areas- see below).

Delivery is free for orders over £1000 ex VAT to UK mainland addresses

All standard delivery options for your order will be presented to you during the checkout process. Unless you contact us we will apply the most cost effective delivery option available for the customer.

Important Note : Next Day delivery can only be provided if the item(s) requested is available in stock and the delivery address is within the UK Mainland. Orders for fire extinguishers must be received in time to complete the pre-delivery inspection and in time to meet our courier collection time. Orders placed after 4.00pm on a Friday will be despatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for Tuesday delivery.
A contact telephone number is requested at checkout to enable us to advise you of your expected delivery date. Delivery will normally be made at any time between 8.00am and 6.00pm and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure an authorized person is available to receive the goods.

Outlying Areas
Please note that fireandsafetycentre.co.uk is a UK only website and we can only despatch orders to UK delivery addresses. We regret that due to Health & Safety requirements we can only deliver fire extinguishers to destinations on the Mainland UK. See details below.

Deliveries to 'outlying' regions within the UK are subject to courier surcharges outside our control and we therefore charge carriage at cost for delivery to the following UK postcodes Please call our sales team for a quotation. Discounts may be available for volume purchases

Sea Carriage Due to Health and Safety requirements we can only deliver pressurised Fire Extinguishers to addresses on the British Mainland. We are unable to supply fire extinguishers to the following locations: Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Scottish Islands.
