Fire Extinguisher Service and Maintenance

Fire and Safety Centre provide annual Service and Maintenance on all fire extinguishers and related equipment. All work is undertaken by qualified BAFE/BFC registered engineers. If your fire extinguishers are not already covered by a service and maintenance agreement please call our customer support team on 01724 854199 to arrange a quotation.

We also provide formal Fire Risk Assessments in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order (RRO)together with Site Surveys to determine the type size and positioning of fire extinguishers and related equipment to cover the fire Risks identified.

British Standard Code of Practice BS 5306 Part 3 recommends that your fire extinguishers are serviced by a competent person at least annually to ensure that they will function in an emergency.

Employers also have a legal responsibility under the RRO, to ensure that extinguishers within the work place are serviced by a competent person to ensure they are maintained in effective and efficient working order.

Fire and Safety Centre supply product throughout the UK. To ensure our customers receive a prompt and quality service fire extinguisher commissioning, service and maintenance is provided in association with locally based and established BAFE Registered Service Agents operating to BS 5306 Code of practice.
